Loving the mobility and flexibility routines! Use them for my warm-ups and cool downs for my workouts. Haven't even gotten into the strength training programs, but they look great too!

I like the videos showing each position, but there isn't enough time to get into the next position. There are times when you hold a position on each side for half of the timer, but there is no indication to switch. I played the free full body flexibility program, and it wouldn't go past the McKenzie Push Up, there wasn't a timer and just played the video over and over.

Tom's content is phenomenal, he is one of the best in the field. The app, however, is awful. Buggy, glitchy, missing sounds or cues in many parts, cannot stretch display properly on a tablet... Many tech problems. It discourages me from paying for membership, it's more convenient to follow his free YouTube content.
