Bolster Juniors Desk is a complete school management application that connects parents, teachers, and school owners in one secure place. Check your child's daily activities, publish class updates, or run your school smoothly - everything is in one app.

This app is designed for schools that use the Bolster Juniors school management platform. Only adult users - parents, teachers, and school owners or administrators - sign in with approved accounts. Students do not use this app directly.

FOR PARENTS

Check your child's attendance every day and see whether the diet plan was followed, partially followed, or not followed. View the monthly diet and celebration calendar, track homework and announcements from teachers, and see how your child is doing in the Hall of Fame rankings. Apply for student leave, write directly to the school with any questions or feedback, and manage your family members. Add your children to your profile, update your emergency contact number and address, and invite family members to join your family group.

FOR TEACHERS

Publish attendance and diet updates for your class quickly and easily. Create and assign homework, share announcements with parents and staff, and manage student leave applications. View celebration details and Hall of Fame rankings based on attendance and participation. Teachers can submit their employee profile, including qualification, experience, emergency contact, and optional details such as blood group.

FOR SCHOOL OWNERS AND ADMINISTRATORS

Approve new user sign-up requests before they can access the app, approve parent profile submissions, and manage the approval flow for teachers and caretakers. Manage branches and franchises, create new branches, and assign center heads to manage each branch. Invite new owners through the leaders section and manage your leadership team. Publish announcements, homework, celebrations, and important reminders. Manage students, family links, and parent messages.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY

Your privacy matters to us. All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. Your login credentials are stored securely on your device. New users must be approved by the school owner before they can access the app, which keeps the school community safe. You can update your personal information at any time, and you can delete your account and all associated data from the Profile tab. You may also request account deletion from our account deletion page without logging in.

We use Google Sign-In to authenticate users and only request the minimal access needed for sign-in. We never access your Gmail, Google Drive, or any other Google services. Push notifications require your permission and can be disabled at any time.
