★★★★★ A fantastic, intuitive and easy to use app. You can very easily follow an auction live with full video and sound. Follow your interested lots and put in bids of items. Bonhams has an established and varied catalog of departmental sales from jewelry, motorbikes, paintings to British Ceramics. Thoroughly recommend!!

★★☆☆☆ Difficult to navigate for coming classic car auctions.

★★☆☆☆ 1. Extremely difficult to navigate coz lack of filters, incl by date, location, category etc. 2. Under same login, followed lots from website is not reflected in app, vice versa. No sync-up b/t the two platforms. 3. Worst of all, during bidding app is showing stale price, what you see in app is not real time. Don't use it if you are serious collector/dealer. 4. Zero customer service/support. Lack of immediate action and remediation cost customers dearly. This is Bonhams in its true color.
