Exactly the app I was looking for! Signed up, connected Plex and I can listen to my Audiobooks with an Audible-like experience. Very impressed! Just needs a lifetime subscription option to match the expectations of the user base that this app is targeting

I've been a very long-time Plex user, but trying to listen to audiobooks on it is so frustrating that I ended up using a separate app. Book camp has been awesome especially when I finish a book but had not planned for my next listen. Now I can browse my entire library, not just what I've pre-downloaded. Holding my breath for a widget for easier interfacing. Also, some titles might need file editing for Plex and Book camp to recognize the titles properly.

The search for the perfect Plex audiobook app on Android is over. Book camp is the definitive choice, rivaling iOS's Prologue. The UI is fantastic on both my phone and Android Auto. Out of Touch. You want us to pay a monthly or yearly subscription for what? I provide the files. I provide the server. I provide the network. This should be a one-time purchase only. That monthly subscription doesn't even allow for multiple profiles. Devs are arrogant and rude. Just read some of their responses to other complaints. Steer clear and wait for Prologue on Android.

Subscription. I would gladly pay you $20 one time. I don't need continual development and new features - I just want a working audiobook app. You are smoking crack if you think I'm paying you $2.99 a month to listen to my own audiobooks. I get that you need to make a living, but this is not a viable business model IMO.

Software as a service. I'd be happy to pay a one-off fee to use this product, I'm not convinced its worth paying a monthly fee to listen to audiobooks I've paid for, on a server I've paid for, running software I have also paid for. Edit: Having used the app there's nothing this offers compared to free alternatives. You're offering a service for a price that is comparable to audible, except you don't actually offer anything other than a connection to Plex.
