A worse service no help from help desk, and they show unavailable books available after ordering that book the cancel order after 8 days of time-wasting costumer and not apologies their mistakes a very bad experience

Pathetic Experience !! - Outdated App. I have witnessed the transition of "Bookshop" from the golden times of personalized handwritten messages to the present sad state of affairs. Either your team is too clever to abruptly change the offers in between, after they are announced or cancel the order with an excuse of a system glitch. The app is totally outdated with no option of filtering the books. The delivered used books have recently not even been dusted properly. Never ordering again.

Already created an account... and spent quite a long time wish listing books, and adding books to the cart. ... when I came back to the app after a while it keeps telling me to "log in" ... after entering the otp, it goes to the page to "create account" .... (I already have an account) and on this page I am stuck as the space for entering email doesn't work... and cannot proceed without entering it..... complete waste of time... it was better to stick to the website
