BookingDeskPro

BookingDeskPro is the staff app for businesses that take appointments online. Owners and front-desk staff see the day's bookings, check customers in, and get a notification when a booking changes.

Customers do not need this app. They book on your business's own booking page. This app is for you and your team.

WHO IT IS FOR
Clinics, salons, gyms and studios, tutors, consultants, repair shops, photographers, and any other business that works by appointment.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• See today's bookings in time order, grouped by calendar, with the customer, service, and status.
• Swipe a booking to check the customer in.
• Scan the QR code on a customer's receipt to find the booking and mark them as arrived. You can also type the booking reference.
• Open a booking to see the appointment, the customer, and its history.
• Approve or decline bookings that wait for your approval.
• Reschedule, cancel, complete, or mark a booking as missed.
• Create a booking for a walk-in or a phone call: choose the service, the calendar, an open time, and the customer.
• Search your customers, add or edit a customer, and see their past and upcoming bookings.
• Call a customer or message them on WhatsApp with one tap.
• Share your booking page link from your phone.

NOTIFICATIONS
Get a push notification when a new booking arrives, a booking is rescheduled or cancelled, or a booking is waiting for approval. Tap it to open the booking. You choose which notifications to mute.

START IN THE APP
You can create an account and set up your business in the app. Sign up with Google, or with an email address and a password. No payment needed. Enter your business name, type, and address, and your booking page is ready to share.

WORKS WITH YOUR TEAM
Each person signs in with their own account. What they can see and change depends on their role: owner, admin, member, or viewer. If you work with more than one business, switch between them in the app. Filter bookings by calendar and location.

IN THE WEB CONSOLE
Services, locations, working hours, and team settings stay in the BookingDeskPro web console. The app links to it from the More tab.
