Does the trick Until Google Bookmark can be used with Chrome (duh!!!) and not require Firefox to be installed, this will definitely do the trick. Combined with xMarks, it's a really powerful sync tool between browsers on the PC and my phone's browser.

horrible Mac and web version I installed this on my Android device and hoped it would work well on my iMac too (Lion 10.7.5). I need access on all my devices. No such luck. After install it says I need to install the newest version for Mac - well, what did I just download from the developer's site? It also warned incompatibility with Safari, Chrome and Firefox! What? My versions of those are all up-to-date. There was an error message trying to use the "Update" application too. I gave up and tried logging in to the website version and the interface was spartan - no click would reveal a place to even start importing bookmarks. Giving up for now.

Nahh... Sent my Firefox bookmarks to the server, alright. Then downloaded to phone, alright. Phone will never sync again, not alright. Firefox becomes unresponsive ever since, not alright. Uninstall from all devices, alrighty. Furthermore, this app delete bookmark keywords and separators. Sucks badly. If you choose to give it a try anyway, backup your bookmarks first.

O well Not working on my Mac 10.4. It starts but NEVER finishes. Had to cancel. I waited 2 hours. Just trying to sync Safari. On the Nexus 7 I get "failure to set up network connection" when logging in...
