I am updating my precious review since the developers reached out to me confirming the fix for the change that I had requested. Totally appreciate the fact that you guys listen to the feedback provided. Please work on adding the below 1. Time slot for the doctor availability 2. Option to reschedule the appointment 3. Option to upload the doctor prescription to preserve history. There are some other items as well, but I think these options will work wonders.

Receptionists of shifa hospital never pick the calls ... I called them 20 times to get appointment with Dr Iran Yousuf but not answered.... App Interface is good for booking and all. But the Thing Is Developer Has Made This For Looting Money From Patient Not From Hospital Authorities. Why a Patient Has to Pay 5 rs For Appointment What is this Nonsense . Totally Unacceptable. Why We are Being Forced to Use Your App . What will a Common Person Do How He will Manage to use your app and then Book ... Make Booking as it is . Or Charge From Hospital for appointments not from Common People.

Booking works, but app needs upgrade. After booking, there is no queue info or notifications. Everything is still manual at clinic and waiting time is 1.5+ hrs. Please add live updates and "next patient" alerts. Right now it's just an appointment form. *Key points to mention:* 1. *Problem*: Only booking, no live updates 2. *Impact*: 1.5+ hr waiting, manual process 3. *Solution*: Add queue tracking + SMS/
