I used Bookshelf from the start of my Post-graduate program to the end, and it was very helpful and more flexible than the physical book. I listened to the audio in my car and house because I comprehend more when I listen as an auditory learner. Bookshelf is great because you can carry it everywhere.

Awesome to be able to listen to my e-book and watch the words being read light up along the screen. This is a very helpful study tool! I'm using it to read and listen simultaneously to college curriculum books I need to learn from to become a psych nurse practitioner. Highly recommend!

I love that I can read books offline, that it has a dark mode, and that it has the ability to read aloud to me. What I don't like is that when I am listening to a textbook it stops every few minutes when the app seems to just shut down. So I have to relaunch the app, go back into the book and start listening all over again. When I am listening to three chapters of a textbook for one week worth of reading, it is really annoying to have to restart it over and over.

Took all of 5 minutes to hate it, cant scroll properly through pages, reading aloud feature has a robotic voice that's painful to follow. FAQs button inside the app leads to a webpage with a broken cookies button (simply would not f away). Thought I'd use this app to listen to my ISC2 textbook while commuting, fastest uninstall in a while.

Disappointed only scratches the surface. For an app that is REQUIRED in order to read the book, the performance is dismal. Would not recommend to anyone. Issues too numerous to take the time to mention. AND I have screenshots to prove it. Update 5/26. Continues to crash, one ui is asking to put it in deep sleep due to the issues.

After opening book content displayed for less than a second, then returns to bookshelf view. Can't read ebook at all.

This app is beyond frustrating. Highlighting is either impossible or mind-bendingly clunky. My highlighter capacity has just disappeared, and I can't find out how to get it back. Every time I take a break from the app I have to reconfigure most of the formatting. I thought Kindle was clunky and just tried to figure out if I could move my book to Kindle. The answer is its possible to a type of Kindle I don't have.
