I used Bookshelf from the start of my Post-graduate program to the end, and it was very helpful and more flexible than the physical book. I listened to the audio in my car and house because I comprehend more when I listen as an auditory learner. Bookshelf is great because you can carry it everywhere.

I love that I can read books offline, that it has a dark mode, and that it has the ability to read aloud to me. What I don't like is that when I am listening to a textbook it stops every few minutes when the app seems to just shut down. So I have to relaunch the app, go back into the book and start listening all over again. When I am listening to three chapters of a textbook for one week worth of reading, it is really annoying to have to restart it over and over.

Worked well for my first term course textbooks. My second and third term course textbooks however will not work. When I open the app everything goes well until I open the textbook, then it kicks me out saying app isn't responding. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, and it doesn't fix the matter. I was really hoping it would work this term, so I can read when I'm not around my laptop but this app doesn't seem to want to work right. It's really aggravating.

Unable to access my books and had to read them online instead. Also, all the books make you scroll instead of flipping pages. Worst app ever!!!

Took all of 5 minutes to hate it, cant scroll properly through pages, reading aloud feature has a robotic voice that's painful to follow. FAQs button inside the app leads to a webpage with a broken cookies button (simply would not f away). Thought I'd use this app to listen to my ISC2 textbook while commuting, fastest uninstall in a while.

This app is beyond frustrating. Highlighting is either impossible or mind-bendingly clunky. My highlighter capacity has just disappeared, and I can't find out how to get it back. Every time I take a break from the app I have to reconfigure most of the formatting. I thought Kindle was clunky and just tried to figure out if I could move my book to Kindle. The answer is its possible to a type of Kindle I don't have.

After opening book content displayed for less than a second, then returns to bookshelf view. Can't read ebook at all.
