I love that I can access the content I need and love the reading format, but I do wish I could have a way to have a full page look at the text book pages

The app is easy to navigate and use. Reading is easy. Unfortunately the highlight feature on mobile devices leave room to be desired, in the way of changing color of already highlight text, choosing a color, or removing the highlight in general. The app does work seamlessly across devices you are logged in at (I have android phone, iPad, and a Windows computer and can access all of my notes and highlighted material). You can also easily pickup on the same page you left off on.

Read aloud will not work on my Samsung Galaxy s24 ultra. Other app read fine the speaker as well as other icons at the bottom of the book page in cengage read is greyed out I can't select the read aloud and no one at cengage seems to know how to help me

Worst e-book app ever. It feels like this app was coded by interns using AI vibe coding. Why is each book section require you to scroll down and hide text behind the android navigation buttons? Then you have to page right and left to jump forward or back a section, so then you'd have to scroll up and down to read the text. Then there isn't any easy way to jump to specific chapters. All the app controls are also hidden behind the android navigation, so they won't function. Total garbage

Can't be used offline :(when I have time to read during commute... really? What's the point of downloading the textbook then?
