No access to paid sub. No customer support. I have paid for a subscription and suddenly am I being prompted to upgrade my subscription which does not expire until February 7, 2027. I am unable to access the service and when I emailed customer service, I was directed to read the FAQ. $159 and now useless. For a mobile app this has consistently been a glitchy pain in the a$$ to use. When I started using it, NR was the only game in town. Now I have options, I'm looking elsewhere.

Impressive number of bait and switches with this product (not just the app). Create an account to use a feature! Done? Jk, you still have to pay. oh and your five-minute limit is up, want to use a free voice? Oops, no free voices today! Also the voices are somewhat above average but paying for one of these when you can just pay for an LLM is laughable. What a waste of time

I don't like this app because it promotes itself as a FREE text-to-speech, but you know what content creators need to do to actually save their generations? Download them, and you can't do that without paying $160 a year. Ridiculous. 💀
