I need to cancel this membership. I can't do it on the app. It's continuing to try and charge me. And when I go to the website all in Spanish and nowhere to cancel again. I can't do it on the app or website.

Very disappointed with this app. I selected a different card for the payment, but AED 299 was charged from another card without any OTP or verification. Google Play clearly shows a different card as the selected payment method, and I have screenshots as proof. I have already contacted support and requested a full refund of AED 299. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter to the relevant consumer protection authorities. I expect an immediate investigation. & full refund

My boyfriend downloaded this app because I recommended it, and he literally ONLY downloaded it, didn't even make an account, and he checked, and they just tried to charge him $58. If you ask me, that is sneaky and predatory practice. Don't download this app unless you're ready to get charged just for looking at it. I'm dead serious! Have Gemini or Copilot summarize your books. This app is sneaky as hell!
