The only thing in this app that need to be work on is how you can fund your wallet and withdraw into your bank account. Then there are a lot of dubious characters in the boom platform.

Please what's wrong with my account and why is it disabled, restore my account back I want to send back someone's money back to him before he will come arrest me with police, I thought as a merchant account I can be able to withdraw money out from my wallet, but I couldn't withdraw it, and someone transfers money to my wallet for me to help him withdraw it out as a merchant account and the person is on my neck asking me to refund the money...., thinking that I scammed him. Please do something

I made a purchase from a verified merchant, but they claim boom is yet to release the funds to them. This is almost a month and despite messaging boom.no response whatsoever. If It's going to be this difficult. Why then are you doing it???

So after selling on the app, and my money is there. If I need to restock, I'd have to ask my supplier to come on the app to get paid? And if they ain't interested in the app I have to start looking for suppliers who would agree to come on the app to get paid and leave my trusted supplier cos he doesn't want the app? .lol. Ok

So many scammers on the app. A purchase a powerbank fir 17k the money was deducted the Seller confirmed the order but didn't deliver the powerbank. And he's not replying when I contact him

Stupid app you make me to lose my product with non-redeemable money fake money, money with no value please you all should stay away from this 419 app, after your update the p2p is not working how will a hATM give out cash he or she can not cash out from the boom app. This is frustrating, remove this app and retify your problem Total waste of time my account is locked with my funds OMG this is total scam
