Ive never had any issues with pocket, not until this new update this morning, now my balance isn't showing my correct balance when someone transfers me money in it came up in my notifications the correct balance, but I log on and there is no transaction or pending of it and not showing the correct amount. And ive used my card in a few shops today, and it tells me in my notifications, but log on and shows nothing about them and not the correct balance and no history. Was fine before updated app

Absolutely ridiculous, had a large payment go into my bank through the DLA, and it got rejected they then withheld the funds and even though I sent in proof they still kept the money it was £5,749.50, so it wasn't even a small amount, their customer service is ridiculous, and they just go around in circles with no clear help at all . They still owe me that money, and I'm looking to sue them for my money back do not use or sign up as they are ridiculous worst bank ever!!!!

Be careful. Awful and disgusting they hold my money due to not updating by them that already I was verified with lifted limits. Once they restricted access to account after deposit without any worning. They block live chat to you can't speak to them directly. Sending back emails using chatbot, 8 days a waiting time. Aposoluty awful way how they treat me. They know how to charge fees for each deposit or transfer. Humiliation and no respect.
