Ive never had any issues with pocket, not until this new update this morning, now my balance isn't showing my correct balance when someone transfers me money in it came up in my notifications the correct balance, but I log on and there is no transaction or pending of it and not showing the correct amount. And ive used my card in a few shops today, and it tells me in my notifications, but log on and shows nothing about them and not the correct balance and no history. Was fine before updated app

Used this because I lost normal bank card but after withdrawing cash a few times im a day they suspended my account I had to email wage slips bank statements photo ID and wait 8 working days until I could access my money again. Their T&C's say they can suspend service for any reason, and they give no warning but funnily enough they still allow you to deposit money in to their account while not letting you withdraw. oh you have to qualify for the £50 advance too they don't just give it.

Do not use these. If I could award 0 stars then that would be too much. I did some work for a customer, she wasn't happy with the work, so I refunded her, she then approached her bank for a chargeback, they approached pocket who then without notice just closed my account, and left me without any access to money coming in. For me as a loyal customer, it has left a horrendous taste in my mouth. Do not use these, or do at your peril.
