I can't cancel my insurance, the live chat trys to connect to human spec list but fails and there is no other way to contact them.

Terrible insurance company, no phone number, had an accident and wants to ask questions, but it keeps referring me to close brother's through bot. No customer services, bot doesn't work keeps saying all agents are busy and giving me times to contact but still the same anytime I try to contact them. This insurance company, too good to be true until problem comes. Been with them for two years, encountered accident recently and no help, it sends you to other companies, and they send you back to bot

You're a set of con artists that Hide behind an app. Cheap you are not far from it. Moved my car insurance to another car temporary due to engine failure. And you want another £256 for a 17-year-old car when I've already paid you £1056 in first place. Cannot wait till renewal. Be going elsewhere.

Why is Pandora cat alarm security system not considered for a quote for a car insurance? I am unable to get a quote even though I have this last generation security system on my car. Please consider this and let me get a quote!!! I would really appreciate you could update your T&C to include this too. Thank you and I will change my stars afterwards.

Every time I try to speak to customer service through the app it resets. But it tells me to wait 30 mins which doesn't make sense for me to keep my phone on for 30 mins, or it will reset.
