Recent changes:
After the user declines camera access, the app shows a prompt that it is required and will lock the user out of the app. If the user closes or reopens the app, it prompts the user again to accept access, if it is declined, the same warning is shown. The user then will need to go to settings > apps > ET16 and allow camera access

I have an older Samsung Android phone. I downloaded this app, plugged the Klein Horoscope into my phone's USB-C, said 'Yes' to all permissions pop-ups. The app opened and the boro camera image came right up. It's easy to adjust brightness and other settings.

Kinda sad how low of a rating this app has. S24 Ultra and it works FLAWLESSLY. Video recording, pictures, and camera quality are better than the $15 cost of the borescope.

S24 the app works fine. Plugged in camera and it fired right up

What a disappointment! The app did not work.... a regular hunk of junk. Hey Klein! I'm going to be taking this product back to the store for a refund😪

Does not work on my phones (with an s). Installed, removed, re-installed... Tried the different combinations of the camera plugged in vs not with both installations and app opening. Nada. But it will definitely suck down battery with the light. Unfortunately, it does not recognize the camera at all, so I could not actually use the camera or the app. I'm pretty disappointed.

Doesn't work. Returning this borescope. Klein needs to fix their app. Don't buy.

This was so ridiculous. Could not get the E16 endoscope to work with the Klein app. Download another app called USB Endoscope Camera for Samsung, and you should be good to go.

Camera footage will not show up on screen (s26 ultra) I've had this tool for a long time, and it won't work properly on any modern phone from the last 5 years or more. The device it works on is a galaxy tablet that was made in 2015 with older USB connection. Klein needs to fix the software, so it works with today's modern phones but judging by the reviews it's doubtful. It's too bad as the device itself is well-made but pointless when software doesn't work.
