This app makes it very easy to get text msgs from my phone to my computer. However, you can't select the msgs it downloads, so while you are in the app you will need to select each thread one at a time for export. Hopefully, this will change and only the msgs that need to be exported can be selected prior to download. You can select a date ranged which helps narrow down the search once you are in the app. I recommend this app if you want an easy way to export your texts.

At first, I was thrilled it worked so well, and downloaded quickly and was super easy to use. Now, have received some new text messages I want to download/ export, and for some reason it won't read or recognize these new texts are there. They are in a conversation I previously downloaded/ exported, and I have new conversations available to export, but the one I want isn't working. I'd really love some help, or for the app to get an upgrade or bug fix!!! This app should and could be incredible...

This has been a great app for exporting text threads for court, until it stopped reading the texts I sent in June. It only shows texts received from June 1st to today. When that is fixed, I can update my review to 5 stars.

Could be improved by saving to a sqlite and keeping metadata like whether a msg is starred or if a convo is archived/spammed. Sqlite would allow for exporting contacts info as well. Saving to Downloads folder would be nice too. Doesn't save more than ~4300 items to CSV and becomes super slow when trying PDF after ~4300. XLSX works but its date Time column gets screwed.
