Boring Snore Sleep Tracker

Boring Snore listens through the night and tells you what actually happened.

Leave the phone by your bed and press start. In the morning you get a report: how long you snored, how loud it got, when it happened, and short recordings of the loudest moments.

EVERYTHING STAYS ON YOUR PHONE
Audio is analysed on the device by a neural network built into the app. Nothing is uploaded, there is no account, and the app works with no internet connection at all.

WHAT IT DETECTS
• Snoring, with intensity from quiet to very loud
• Coughing and sneezing
• Sleep talking
• Movement and restlessness, using the accelerometer

YOUR NIGHT REPORT
• Sleep score, total time and time spent snoring
• A timeline of the whole night, coloured by how loud each moment was
• Snoring intensity breakdown
• Estimated sleep stages — awake, light and deep
• Six second recordings of each snoring episode, so you can listen for yourself

SMART ALARM
Set a wake up window and the app wakes you during light sleep instead of pulling you out of deep sleep.

SLEEP SOUNDS
White, pink and brown noise, rain, ocean and fan. All generated on the device, so they never loop and never repeat.

TRENDS
See how your sleep score, snoring rate and sleep duration change over the last two weeks.

HONEST ABOUT WHAT IT IS
Sleep stages are estimated from movement and sound, not measured. This is not a medical device and it cannot diagnose sleep apnoea. If you are worried about your breathing during sleep, talk to a doctor.
