Using a scientifically-developed detection algorithm, snoring sounds are clearly distinguished from other ambient sounds, resulting in as accurate a snoring detection result as possible.
The recognition algorithm was created on the basis of scientific findings and tests of snoring audio signals based on various parameters such as fundamental frequency, snoring periodicity, voicing, volume (sound pressure level) and various other snoring signal features.
Through continuous testing with snoring from the sleep laboratory of a renowned German ENT clinic, this algorithm is constantly being verified and further improved. The Snore algorithm was developed in collaboration with the Faculty of Information Technology of the University of Applied Sciences Mannheim and since then has been constantly redeveloped and improved in recent years.
Snoring not only affects the sleep of you and your partner, it can also be related to health problems, such as those associated with respiratory distress (sleep apnea).

I don't know how much it helps, but overtime I use this app my roommate doesn't wake me up from my sleep, he wake me up because I snore. Since I used this up he didn't wake me up anymore. And the app doesn't wake me up either. When I don't use it my roommate constantly wake me up. So I guess it works IDK. I'm happy I can sleep without being woken up.

Its good so far. Gives you a recording of the whole night, not just when you snore. But you can easily see what times you are snoring and listen to it in the morning. It shows Db of snore volume. I like that you can choose a delayed start time, as I put on a podcast for an hour to fall asleep to, this app will start recording after the podcast finishes. I'm using the free version which has the above features. The paid version is cheap one payment for a lifetime, and has some extra features

The app says I have a sound level of 60-80 db, but it says I had no snore events. Since there are "no" snore events, there is no audio playback for me to confirm.

After trying many apps on this subject this is the worst sadly it looked as though it had some positive potential but sadly the recordings disturbed me through the night via vibration buzzing sounds at times. Also on top of that the recordings I am unable to play as there are no options to play. I had assistance from a friend who I advised this app to & they couldn't find it either most of the time. Only after paying did I come across these issues & had no response from the provider for advice.

Cannot detect any snores. Recording shows snoring multiple times but app say no snoring detected. Total useless app.
