Description
This app will record snoring and grinding sounds made during your sleep, you can listen to them the next morning. An algorithm filters and detects the teeth grinding and snoring sounds.
You can choose if you want to record only snoring, grinding or both.
Teeth grinding is often caused by factors such as stress, smoking, alcohol and coffee.
Snoring is sometimes caused by factors such as obesity, alcohol and other drugs, among others.
After 5 nights of recording you will be asked to use the paid version to be able to record more nights.
There are simple solutions to reduce teeth grinding and snoring.
In this app various remedies and factors are shown. Compare the sound recordings with a remedy or factor with the recordings without any remedy or factor and see the difference yourself, by comparing the grinding and the snoring score in order to know which factor or remedy is more harmful or helpful for you.
The app can also be used in airplane mode.
We recommend to use a device newer than January 2014 for better results of the app.

The best sleep recording app I have found, but alot of the time my grinding is recorded as snoring, it would be good to have an option to 'reclassify' the recordings when verifying samples.

Not detecting any snoring or grinding. In previous tracking I was considered a heavy snorer but now there's no snoring recorded and says I don't snore at all. This is very curious, and I'm a little worried that it's not recognizing any snoring or grinding my teeth. I'm not sure what's happening is it no longer being supported the most recent reviews are like 2021. This concerning the doing its job. Very disappointed as I did appreciate the app. Would you please advise if this app is no longer?

Glitch won't let you save after you have spent the time verifying 500+ snoring samples. HUGE waste of time. Glitch occurs after trying to save variables/influences like smoking or stress.

I keep getting an error message regarding the password when trying to create an account with an email. Invalid password: it should contain: at least one uppercase, at least one lower case, at least one digit, at least 8 characters. Only two repetitive characters are allowed.

I really wanted to like this app, but unlike similar apps, it seems to randomly choose when and what to record and the results are mostly inaccurate. There have been nights when the results showed only light snoring but an audio recorder running on another device showed I snored all night, sometimes very loudly. I even tried to imitate snoring loudly for a whole 5 minutes in the middle of the night and the app did not record that part despite setting sensitivity to high. I wish there was an option to record continuously regardless of whether it detects any snoring. I don't see such an option in the settings or even for purchase.
