Finally, can use for parking... nice! Very easy to use. Far cry from coupons. Recommendation: minimum reload should be rm2 or rm3. Rm10 is too high especially for those from outstation.

Email their helpdesk asking for refund through online after getting informed that the apps will shut down permanently. The representative asked me to transfer my account credit to another email address with the promise of refunding the money afterward. I followed the instructions 1 month ago but NO REFUND was issued and also no reply even after multiple follow-ups. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED. Simply took my money and never refund.

This app does not have online parking in Kuching area. Only provide season parking. Useless app for those who want to use it and parking at different area of Kuching. Miri and Bintulu Borneo Park apps far surpass Kuching in this.

Why not like Pay and Go where can straight away select the payment mode to Sarawak Pay. It was so expensive for rm1. 20 reload via online banking and every times select sarawak pay, and it's not working.
