Finally, can use for parking... nice! Very easy to use. Far cry from coupons. Recommendation: minimum reload should be rm2 or rm3. Rm10 is too high especially for those from outstation.

Installed the app but could not sign up. "Failed to connect to server. Please try again." Miri Borneo app works well but Kuching being capital city of Sarawak, surely MBKS/DBU can do better to find a professional app developer? Or just have 1 unified parking app that includes Miri, Sibu, Bintulu, Kuching.

Installed the apps, top up rm10 then I realized that these apps is useless. You still have to buy coupon manually as it was 10 years ago🤦. Salah kenak miri pok. Miri bole parking makei apps borneo parking miri

Installed, reloaded and then just realized these apps can't be used for daily parking in kuching city. Even charged rm1.20 to reload online. Useless

Email their helpdesk asking for refund through online after getting informed that the apps will shut down permanently. The representative asked me to transfer my account credit to another email address with the promise of refunding the money afterward. I followed the instructions 1 month ago but NO REFUND was issued and also no reply even after multiple follow-ups. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED. Simply took my money and never refund.
