This is a great parking app. Very easy to use, good interface and functionality. The only thing that is a little confusing is the inputting of the time duration--you are putting in how many hours you want to park, not the end time in clock time.

App keeps asking me to subscribe to pango save... im already subscribed keeps saying I spent $0 this month but that's a total lie other than that everything works. Never get a ticket and never get overcharged the pango save alerts are nice to have.

Literally garbage. The website doesn't work ON PURPOSE. This app says max parking time 2 hours - guess what you can't park for 2 hours. Fees are absurd. If you see pango in your town just know your town is selling out

Forgot to turn it off after half an of parking and end up paying for 8 hours. The app does not offer reminders that the time is still running. Contacted customer service. After more than a week, they responded that they only collect the money as a middle person and can't give me refund. And if you want to have reminders or alerts that, eg, your car moved, you have to pay $3 a month on top of the fee the charge you every time you use their service! Thank you City of Wilkes-Barre!
