I like how thorough it is. It took a long while for me to notice anything from the credit builder. I'm not actually sure, if the credit builder has helped my credit at all. Equifax is a long slow climb, and it seems to be the most important. Maybe that's why I don't notice much impact or improvement from the credit builder. It will be nice to get that "loan" back though! Borrowell is a must for anyone trying to improve and start taking their credit seriously.

Beware of the hidden billing on this app. I thought I had successfully cancelled my subscription after 3 months, only to realize I have still been getting charged every two weeks for the past 9 months. It is incredibly frustrating to try and stop the payments. To make matters worse, my credit score actually went down during this time, so I strongly suspect this service may have negatively affected my credit instead of helping it. Save your money and avoid this app.

Fraudulent offers ran by a fraudulent company. They lure you in with rebates to apply using their affiliate links then deny you their rebate for reasons that were never stated in their terms. I sincerely regret signing up for an account and giving them access to my data edit: funny response. I was approved by the bank but denied the rebate by borrowell.

Signed up for the credit builder program only to find out that it doesn't improve your credit score. I then cancelled only to find out that they changed their policy so that you don't receive a dime back when what I originally signed up for was a policy that includes most of what you pay in being sent back to you. No update and only found out afterward. The policy and agreement you sign up for should be honored. They refuse to provide the owed funds. DO NOT PAY THEM. Legal process to come.

App is interesting, but use a competitor like credit karma if you want an app that actually works. You only really get to use this app once. You sign up and get access, but if you ever want to log back in after, you are in for a marvel of awful technology. I don't think I have ever seen a worse login system for anything. You don't log into the app natively. You instead get redirected to your browser. The browser then fails to redirect you to the app or succeeds to, but doesn't log you in.
