I had had a fraudulent credit card added that I did not ask for was able to contact my other facts and put a freeze on my report as a senior citizen it is difficult to use some technology instruments, but this was very easy to apply necessary information.....? NEW:Report I submitted on July 21, 2026, a dispute with United Auto Credit it is paid in full, but it shows on my credit that is still open I submitted a statement letter from United Auto Credit but the app kept saying it would not accept?

I've been pushing myself for the past 17 years, Married 4 times, separated from the last been married for 18 years taken advantage of left trying hard as a disabled woman to build myself back up, I'm still lost have questions tired of NO, I'm reliable I'm very grateful for this app and my credit Karma both of these companies are a must if you are trying to gain traction B4 it's too late im older now Wish I'd known sooner about this when my identity was stolen

Absolute scammers and thieves. I will never recommend this trash app to anybody—save your time and your sanity and stick with Experian or literally any other service. Equifax has been completely broken for months. Every single time I have tried to log into my account for the past two to three months, the app locks me out and gives me a garbage error message telling me to 'call customer service' just to access my own information. Why do I need to call in just to log into an app I am paying for?

Was prompted to do the new update today now it says I need to do an update and won't let me sign in ... update I foreclosed rhe app now it's giving an error message on sign in and says to contact Experian customer service

Can't open my credit report. Have called and no results called again and still can't get my credit report no has helped me. If am paying money for your service and can't access my credit report
