Unable to register product!!! Recently purchased GKE 18V-25 TP. But keep failing to register by scanning barcode or manually. It's like the app is not functioning at all

I'm an individual user, bought Bosch product, it is asking me to select either Professional or commercial user. Also, gst number is mandatory in the registration form. I'm an individual user bought for personal use, where I will have gst number. Not expecting this from Bosch. Worst experience ever.

Can't even register my Bosch product for warranty on the app. The Cust Service number given on the app is also useless. No one picked up my call. A very frustrating experience just to register for a warranty.
