I have a neff dishwasher, and double oven. With the dishwasher, the connected experience is excellent. Firmware updates, connectivity is reliable. Every feature fully supported in the app. Perfect. For the Oven, it's a bit off. The oven IPv6 stack is a bit janky (doesn't pick up router IP correctly). Doesn't always recognize when mobile start is activated (have to close and restart app). Some settings not exposed in the app. Oven assistant recommends modes that are not possible for the top oven.

I use this app with a Bosch idos series 8 washing machine. Totally hopeless app. The appliance Keeps disconnecting every few days, and I have to reset it and re join the appliance to get it to work. I'm an IT architect, so I know a thing or two about IT stuff. Same Wi-Fi, same network. It will work fine for a few days and then just stay in a disconnected state on the app, but the washer is connected to Wi-Fi. Only fix is to scan the qr and redo the whole Wi-Fi setup.

Worst dishwasher ever. Has some delayed start option called "Smart start" which noone needs, but it cannot be turned off.
