I've never had smart appliances, so I don't really know what to expect, but it's very cool. The actual extra convenience I get with the app is hard to define. I find that I can seldom actually use the app to start my oven; either the app says that Local Operation is taking precedence and the app needs to restart to update, or the recipe for Bacon is missing. The top result for "Bacon" is Bacon wrapped dates, and about 20 different recipes for bread.

Works tolerably well. Quite handy when you want to cancel a program. Smart Start is a good idea to run during off-peak electricity but is clunky to override if you want to run the dishwasher straight away

The Smart Energy function sometimes has a bug where it refuses to let you override the suggested time. Otherwise, a great app.

New update broke the "Easy Start" menu for my Bosch washing machine. The "Textiles" sub-menu is no longer working, and clicking on different textile categories like "Household" does not switch to the correct menu. It always shows the items from the "Leisure" category. Please fix.

A couple of weeks ago, dishwasher and washing machine both no longer connected in the app. Have not been able to re-connect them ever since. Update after reply from support: yes, I already tried these before I wrote my initial review: reboot router, reset network on appliance, and connect via 2.4 GHz. Did not work. Only managed to reconnect the washing machine, but it got disconnected again the next day. Note: until a few weeks ago, we never had any issues with the connection of the appliances.
