Much better than the old Toshiba app. Unfortunately, the Alexa integration is lacking, so my Toshiba Smart Portable AC is dumber than it used to be. Alexa just shows an infinite loading screen when I click on my AC. Whatever team is working on the Alexa skill messed up pretty badly.

I’d suggest adding the current (Amps) and voltage (Volts) readings as well. This would allow us to see that the device is connected to electricity and display the actual voltage and current it is receiving in real time. ⚡ The watts are already being monitored in the app at the same location, so it would be great to also show Volts (V) and Amps (A) alongside the existing wattage reading. And why did you change the gear modes previously I had 5 gear modes now I have only 2 modes 50%,70% only?

The dehumidifier always shows the wrong water level. The dedicated Midea app doesn't have this problem, so I uninstalled this app and went back to the Midea app.

Norton antivirus immediately flagged the app. It is built for data harvesting and designed to seem like it is just there to make your life easier. Just use the remote that comes with your AC unit and avoid the app.

In this day and age, why do you have an app that forces the user to look at a stark bright white display in order to do anything? I wish to make changes to my connected devices at bedtime or even in the middle of the night, but I must look at a screen almost as bright as the sun. Aren't you also aware that bright displays deplete the battery quicker? Make the UI more comfortable to view, and I will consider giving a higher rating.

It requires creating an account before trying to connect to the appliance, and after having to do that, it wouldn't connect to the machine nor give clear instructions on how to connect.

Was working great but now my scenes disappeared. Also, cannot put new scenes in. Tried clearing cache and unplugging still no scenes or ability to add scenes.
