★★★★★ Great app for notifying me when my dehumidifier is full, however, after recently buying a second unit, I wish the app would tell me the name of which device is full! I also wish the app would send me a notification that the filter needs to be cleaned (currently it only tells me when I go into the app itself). Lastly, I like that it's easier to turn continuous drain mode off/on with the app than by pressing buttons on the unit itself.

★★☆☆☆ Used to be able to monitor and power on/off my devices from the app, but whatever the stupid devs did to it in the last year has made the app unable to connect to my Wi-Fi. It doesn't want 5GHz. That's too much for it. So undo whatever you did because my Wi-Fi strength hasn't changed in 4 years. 1: I have the latest update. 2: none of my devices are even in the stupid app. 3: I'm not touching my Wi-Fi settings for one trash app. How about YOU FIX THE APP INSTEAD OF MAKING EVERYONE CHANGE SETTINGS.

★★☆☆☆ I previously was successfully using the Midea app. Since integrating to Smart Home, both my air conditioners will not connect. This is problematic because it endangers my cats who are trapped upstairs without temperature control on hot humid days. I've been trying everything, following all instructions to no avail and following the instructions. At my wit's end, VERY DISAPPOINTED! This was a very expensive purchase for both air conditioners and now the main reason I purchased them is obsolete

★★☆☆☆ This is exactly the same app as Feit Electric, but with dark mode, which I really liked, so I switched my color lights over to here from there. But even though it recognizes my bulbs as *color* lights and dimming and temp work fine, there is no way in the app to get into the color dialog. Bummer since the whole point of my smart bulbs was to use color.

★★☆☆☆ The eco-mode sucks. If i want to have it turned on then ill turn it on. But the automatic feature sucks, I literally have to turn it off every time I turn my ac on. The eco-mode does not get it cool in my home. Instead of turning the ac on with just one button, I have to open the app just to turn the eco-mode off. Im sorry but when its 90–100 degrees outside eco-mode is for the birds. Please remove the automatic eco-mode.

★★☆☆☆ Annoying! Why can't I turn off the beeping sound, it's already loud enough to wake me up every time the compressor kicks in. Now a simple thing like beeping sound, can't be turned off. Why?? And what happened to energy saver mode?? Most others window unit have it in the basic menu. Why don't you guys use the air conditioner for one season and experience the nonsense, or add these simple features, instead of updating the app and making it worse? Unit is loud, and not smart. App is outdated garbage
