Gen mode gets reset when AC is turned off and back on from Smart Home app. Every time we need to set gen mode again from app. 'My favorites' in app do not have option to add Gen mode settings to favorites. Add gen mode to favorites in next update so that we do not need to set gen mode over and over again.

I'm removing my a c's, and I'm uninstalling the app. The reason I'm uninstalling it is that they keep changing my settings on my A. C I do not use dehumidifier, and they keep putting it on dehumidifier. I have my a c on high cool. This is ridiculous.

At first, it worked, then with every update it asked me to reconnect to the device, and it was always a hassle that wasted my time, and now it won't connect me to the device at all. I'm uninstalling it, so I don't waste any more time on it.

It sometimes works, I think it should be more consistent. Most of the time it says the unit is off when I try to use the app and I'm next to the unit with it on. It was also a problem once the app would start to open itself when I got near the unit to set up the unit after it was already set up. I changed the settings to not do that and then it stopped working. I connected to it via Bluetooth, and it works once in a while. I'm happy I was able to turn off the LED display at least.

Trying to connect it to Wi-Fi, very stupid features. 1. it cannot operate on sim internet via Bluetooth 2. It says error code 10 on correct password and Wi-Fi is 2.4 ghz no usable errors or logs for advance users to debug and navigate through.
