Working perfectly as described. I have a little bit IT background. First go very slow and look for and follow all instructions to a T. Second, same as first, but this will require you to enter some of your Wi-Fi info input. After that, smooth sailing. Unit saves Wi-Fi info in ac unit, and you can operate it fully with your smartphone. It's easier to use than the remote included with unit.

This app allows you to connect either Bluetooth or Wi-Fi to run my air conditioner. I can sit start and stop times for 7 days, so this is really pretty slick.

This App is a Dog with Fleas. It will not find my AT&T Wi-Fi network, so I can't connect to my washing machine. The app is also slow and riddled with inane advertising. Do better GE.

When I set animation to Home it won't stay there. When I change the temperature it doesn't change on the system. Not pleased with the app if it's not going to set right on the system!

It worked fine and then suddenly the app says the appliance is off, even when I'm standing next to it and it's on. Won't let me turn it off or on. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled. Disconnected the appliance and reconnected it. Nothing worked.

Smart HQ app for GE oven is Difficult to connect to Google Home. If you get connected; it seems to disconnect over time. Not a stable app.
