Good idea and nice UX but super slow and glitchy adding new GE Appliances. It also doesn't update to show the recently added appliance until I close and reopen the app.

I started with a 3 star last month & now I'm downgrading it to 1 star. It loses connection all the time. If you try to reconnect most of the time it won't. I waste so much time trying to connect. I truly would have bought another brand if I had realized their app was this bad. My washer & dryer are on another level of my house, so I use the app to know when to switch or to remind others their laundry is ready to be switched. So disappointed.
