2 appliances upgraded and using the app. Dishwasher has been doing great for a year. Wish it would let me set a timer to wait before it sends the dishwasher opened hit start deal. Otherwise loving it

Working perfectly as described. I have a little bit IT background. First go very slow and look for and follow all instructions to a T. Second, same as first, but this will require you to enter some of your Wi-Fi info input. After that, smooth sailing. Unit saves Wi-Fi info in ac unit, and you can operate it fully with your smartphone. It's easier to use than the remote included with unit.

It's a useful app, but it got less precise over time. Notifications for estimated completion time come with a delay and don't get updated to reflect the current ETA. Sadly, the "exciting" improvements are all about adding AI. I'm not excited about AI. How about showing the ETA on the main page? How about precise numbers rather than 15, 10 and 5 minutes only?

App just doesn't work. Can't connect to anything. Constantly shows the 1 appliance I was able to connect to as offline, so it's useless

Re: GE Smart Appliances. They suck. Washing machine dropped off network, logged into smarthq to resolve. Smart HQ said credentials weren't valid, which was BS because 2 of us had them written down separately, and I know I had used those cred's to log in. Smart HQ website wouldn't provide for password reset had to log via app. It said it sent an email with instructions. Email Never came. Called support. Support said 1-2 biz days to resolve. Couldn't help me. In Summary again GE Smart HQ SUX.

App doesn't work reliably. If you're washer disconnects from it. It will not wash properly. I deleted and re-tried this. Now it won't fully connect to the washer. Very dissatisfied.
