Lost a star. After app update suddenly the voice notifications for the Washer and Dryer have stopped. Relinked, toggled on/off checked all settings within app and Google home settings relinked etc. Home speakers will chime but not announce. Not sure if this is a Google or GE thing. Not in Gemini yet for Google home. Is this a possible reason?!

The app searches for new devices every time I open it. It also isn't populating the energy use graph (sometimes it doesn't even show it). The app is also full of stuff that really isn't needed for operating a dehumidifier (AI, recipes and shopping lists). Eta: energy use suddenly started working. I'll bump the rating two stars

It's horrible ! 1. why do I need to register for this to use some my oven's features, like air fry! Doesn't make sense! 2. registering is a pain, once in a while it forgets everything, I have to reset password on my account, reconnect oven to Wi-Fi and register the oven again. 3. through steps of registration using QR code, what oven shows doesn't match what app expects. Doesn't match. I will never buy any GE appliance again!

Can't connect to GE Wi-Fi. Probably one of the worst Wi-Fi connection systems for any app I've ever used. Pretty disappointed with GE because of this. If you're going to take away all my buttons and force me into digital touch screen garbage, at least have the decency to make an app that doesn't suck at connecting to the product.

There's a new red screen since the latest download which obscures my shortcuts. Now I'm limited to 4 shortcuts, the last one barely visible. The shortcuts randomly disappear too, I have to add one to retrieve them. I tried to email them with a picture but the email address is no longer valid. This not the first time I have tried to get an answer and now the email is invalid. This app needs to be fixed.
