Convenient. Works well so far. I use this on a regular basis.

Definitely works great now. It didn't initially work the first day.

If you stay at a facility that uses this app instead of a quarter machine, go find another laundry mat. I'm on vacation and have so far spent $18 on 2 loads of laundry because every time I walk away from the washer, it cancels the load, same with the dryer it will just shut off. Still waiting on multiple refunds from unfinished loads that would cancel themselves. It also says to contact them with issues but provides no contact button except to tell the machine owner. There needs to be live chat

Ridiculous. Minus 5 stars. All I want to do is a load of laundry at a hotel. I created 2 accounts because the first one didn't take through no fault of mine. They ask for ALL your personal information - so they can spam you later - then, when you FINALLY get to the payment part, they require a minimum of $10 deposit - with auto-renewal via credit card no less. I only needed $4 worth of laundry. I lost 30 minutes trying to get this app to work. I ended up not doing my laundry. Shame on you.
