Love the way they have the machine's set up at my apartment. Not having a washer or dryer makes it difficult. But since they have JLS onsite makes it easy to do with no worries. Only thing I'd like to see change is the amounts you can put on the account I would like a $15 refill not a $20 and $10 is not enough... Thank you

REDESIGN YOUR APP! It SUCKS. Also WRITE THE LAUNDRYWOMEN ON THE POSTERS IN PHYSICAL LAUNDRY AREAS. Scanning the QR code does NOT WORK! I'm having to jump through hoops yet AGAIN with app.I had to redownload on a new device. WHY Can't U LOG IN AS SOON AS U OPEN THE APP? This needs to be fixed first! There should be NOREASON why that isn't an option ESPECIALLY for returning users. Location info can b gathered AFTER login. The way the app is currently creates unnecessary problems!
