The SmartHQ Management app streamlines the process for Property Managers to connect and set up appliances within the SmartHQ Management Dashboard. Using the mobile application, property managers and owners can link appliances to their WiFi network, designate building, and floor locations, and assign unit or room numbers established in the SmartHQ Management Portal. Additionally, they can create unique names or labels for each appliance to facilitate identification within the SmartHQ Management Portal. My mama set it up with her phone, and she Had no problems, and we had our ge smart hq washer for a while, and she never had any issues with the app she set it up with the notifications to tell her it was done, and it's a reminder to switch the laundry from our ge washer to our samsung Dryer which is one of their appliances not mobile device which they are operated with the word galaxy.

Management of your laundry is horrible. Afterward i don't like the fact that they manage the finances. No costumer service number abailable. And it's a nuisance not having access to troubleshoot machines.

I read that this app was easy to use and could help me remove some of my old Smart HQ appliances, so I installed to immediately be presented with an impassable question for a customer code. I have a Smart HQ account, but that is not what it wants. The intro page of this app doesn't even tell me where to find a customer code. Obviously not a very easy app to use.

Had to uninstall whatever happened made my tablet flip screen from side to side.... have been working on trying to connect my stove for over 3 hours now. Not happy..... to be cont'd P.s. on my 3rd tablet 1st 2 were not compatible but per website they were.....
