This app is useless, it only wants money. Why put a feature or functionality that does not work? First I've been telling support that the time remaining is not syncing with the machine, the app will tell you laundry is done, but the machine is still in cycle with 10 minutes remaining. Waste every user's time. Second is Room Status, there are 30 units in our building with only 2 washers and 2 dryers. Room status does not show any available machines. It's stupid and dumb.

This is a piece of shit app, my phone broke, so I have to use another phone, and it keeps telling me email and password already used. Of course, it's used, it's mine. Now I have 40.00 on it, and I can't use it? Even though it's my email, and it's not the same phone.there's no way to talk to anyone.
