Wi-Fi connection works, but the app still shows offline status for the dishwasher. It stared working a while after, didn't touch anything. App is showing properly now the status of the dishwasher

Easy to navigate and use. Can you please change the map color that your robot vacuum cleaner creates to a different color then white/black lets say make it green? Currently, the map is displayed in black with a black background when in power save mode and white on white when of the power save mode off and all I see is doorways and room names. This makes it impossible to edit as it lacks any room layout details. Strange to see this issue be totally ignored before app released into production...

The app used to run fine (I use it a couple of days a year for my air conditioner). Now it starts fine, the UI loads, but as soon as I log in, the home screen just doesn't load, and I just get the message "something went wrong, try refreshing". Clearing the cache, redownloading the app, rebooting the phone... nothing works. Edit: suddenly the app started working again. I'm going back to 5 stars instead of 1.

It cleans well with full load at 60 degrees if you can wait for 4 hours; I hope there is an override to restrict hours to 2 and half for full load at 60 degrees.

The app connectivity is atrocious (washing machine). Sometimes it works, or it won't connect no matter what.

I hate this app AND their washer dryer it's connected to. The app is too complicated to use, not intuitive at all. The washer dryer (12 kg UtimateCare 700 Front Load Washing machine with 8 kg Dryer Dark Onyx) travels across the floor even though the feet are level, door leaks and takes 4 hours to dry. Clothes come out creased to hell, it turns itself off all the time, so you can't access it via the app without walking over and turning it back again which completely defeats the purpose of the app!!

You will need a phony e-mail account to use this app. Electrolux does not let you use the app to control your device unless you give them an e-mail address, so they can spam your inbox with ads.

It has been horrible all around with this app. May it be an issue on the AC unit : Clematises ELECTROLUX ECU7678CSW. It started bipping, disconnected from the app. I have tried everything : reboot my internet box, installed the app. Plug out the appliance, waited 20 minutes. All of that several times. Nothing works. The machine is unable to connect to the Wi-Fi and/or app. Honestly a simple remote control would have been much simpler. And likely cheaper than a broken app.
