I should remember last settings, but it doesn't. It's not the end of the world, but it is annoying. Click to turn on, click to cool, click to medium, and twelve clicks to get to my preferred temp. So 14 clicks when it could literally be one click. No one is going to die, but a good engineer wouldn't see this as acceptable, let alone optimal. An easy software fix, if you folks at Frigidaire are paying attention?

Love it so far; I absolutely love it. Cools the camper down quickly, even when others say they can't get their campers under 80 degrees on the inside!!!!!!! Ours is 70 !!!!! You folks gotta get one of these little gems, it has saved our bacon in a heat wave!!!!!

This window air conditioner installation went smoothly with a few minor alterations such as the mounted top bracket was removed and replaced approximately 4 inches from its original position so that the center point of gravity balanced more evenly instead of more on the outside where the force of the load exerted on the window and relied on the window And how much force the window could take before it went out of the window haha Little humor there The window went out of the window with the AC 😎

App opens USA Frigidaire site rather than Canada site when trying to register product. Registering product just loops and doesn't actually add a product to your account. The tasks feature on the Frigidaire app doesn't execute the tasks as instructed. Contacted support and spoke with Kath, they had no idea how to help and offered no escalation path to get a solution with the app issues. Please fix the task feature on app, tried on ios and android. Yes I did turn it off and on again...
