Let me begin by saying setup was extremely easy since this was the second time Yes the second setup for the same AC The customer service rep made it extremely easy even after I didn't have the receipt I have the manual but, if you remember a few key things about the or during purchase of the AC, and only you would know makes it pretty easy, long as you have that model number and serial number and your email you pretty much good to go just my two cent I really appreciate customer service D

I have one ac unit that is very unreliable to work through the app or Alexa, where my second unit works fine. I feel like I'm constantly having to delete the unit and re-add it to the app. After the last update, tasks no longer work for either unit. I'm resorting to using smart plugs now to control them like I do my 'dumb' air-conditioner. It was nice when it worked

I would be very careful about purchasing Frigidaire products in the event you need customer service since it seems to be non-existent. I've contacted them for 3 weeks trying to resolve the issue of not being able to use the app for my dehumidifier and have gotten nowhere. I sent all information they requested and have not heard back from anyone. They either don't care, don't know how to fix the issue, or are too busy taking care of other issues. I'm sending the unit back and getting a Midea.
