Multiple attempts required to add devices, even Samsung devices. App needs to be able to recognize special characters in a Wi-Fi password, special characters are a security measure. Dryer will still not connect.

Why do NONE of your products work on my PC? How am I supposed to use them on my phone if they don't seamlessly ALSO work everywhere else?
