For me the app works great that is because I don't update the app because all those features you keep trying to add on are useless to me, I don't use cloud services of any kind I don't need to have my files transfer across the internet, and I don't have issues of running out of space the ability to use an SD card to help store. And one last thing I'd love it if Google Play Store would stop trying to forcefully make me update apps from Samsung's Galaxy store that I've never will

I loke this app used it on several occasions, but you have to be careful about using it one time I used it I made a mistake and pressed the wrong button and got locked out of my sims card, and I couldn't get back in my phone which was my fault, so I hade to get a new sims' card for my phone

This is the one app that I think Samsung did well. There are others more powerful, more intuitively designed, more sophisticated and well integrated file management apps out there. I've tried a lot of them! But this one works, and it works well and consistently, which generally can't be said for any of the other apps they've produced, especially when compared even glancingly with a competitor's version. Love this app for being Pretty Decent, good job Samsung.

This app has recently become useless, the "home page" has become a total shitshow of useless screen filler that prevents one to easily access the files and other storage solutions whether online or offline storage. When opening the Google Drive storage the app reports "no files add files to google drive to keep them safe and synced on all your devices" all automation needs to stay away of "my files" I need to be able to use "my files" to manage my files online and offline.

After a recent update, I can no longer use my "Favorites" to navigate when I want to transfer, copy, or paste photos. When I select Favorites, all that appears is equally spaced circles where the Favorites Folders should be. FILE MANAGEMENT = 0 STARS.

I disabled it when I read about all the permissions this app can do without the user even knowing it or needing permission such as removing shortcuts icons from your homepage and controlling your Wi-Fi connection oh yeah runs great looks great but don't trust it cuz it'll screw up your settings and do all kinds of other things behind your back but that's Samsung for you

Who really stores files in phone date wise, moving and copying files has become tough with latest updates where you can't find folders within your own phone by name.

This app was working great until the recent update now forces all pdfs to open in samsung notes even when you have another PDF reader set as the default! Samsung's products just keep getting worse!
