Works great. I'm using Home Assistant on my Linux home server. The app and application have had no issues beyond the bit of difficulty setting up certain services, but that boils down to issues from the manufacturer of certain devices. The app send to have all the functionality available from the desktop, or at least everything I've thought to me with over the past 3 months of usage.

A few simple UI aspects that are known but ignored. There's no home function. If you go into the menu several steps you just have to keep swiping back back back until your get to a place you can access the side menu. Also, you have basically no control over the Overview dashboard. It's probably meant to serve as a starting off point. A pre-populated option. That's great; give me the option to create an "automatic" dashboard. Don't strong arm people.

Home Assistant App has become unusable since around June 2025. Happens across multiple Samsung phones in our house, not just mine. Constant "connection lost/reconnecting", app causes HA to reboot, UI freezes, icons don't load, frequent crashes, and it gets slower every update. Meanwhile, the exact same setup works perfectly in Chrome on the same device and network. This is not a network issue, it's the app. Needs serious fixes ASAP i subtribe to help developers yearly, please fix
