03/28/26 finally works ok 11/8/23 blinds became buggy, seemingly since Ikea released the new hub IKEA broke the original. BUYER BEWARE: No warranty on Artur blinds now, used to be 5 years. Recently all of our six Artur blinds stopped going up all the way, slowly creeping longer and longer every day. 4/2/21 review: App's missing instructions on re-setting blinds to a longer max length, and better pairing devices. Comparing with TP-LINK Kasa smart plugs/lightbulbs, Ikea TRADERS is beta testing.

The old version of the application allowed logging in to another Trad free hub by scanning a QR code. After the update, the connection is impossible without constant reinstallation! Please fix the bug.

I have to give 1 star. Ikea Smart devices is a mistake. Lots of problems and non-lasting equipment. Updates seem to crash lamps quite often and now the gateway. Lessons learned: Go back to dumb systems that are better than this.

Google Home integration stopped working, tried reconnecting, also tried unlinking and setting back up. Google says it will control the blinds, but they won't move unless I open the IKEA app.
