Godd App but Won't Update to Latest 3.2 on android 13

★★★★☆ Peter Pogany · Dec 7, 2022

ATTENTION!! Use an iPhone to initially connect your AC to the network. While still in the iPhone app, select your AC, then press the settings icon and then click "share" to generate a new QR code. Then use the Android phone app to scan this QR code which will then successfully add your AC to the app.

Cumbersome to set up, but once working it is good. Will crash every time any another app is opened & is prone to losing saved username & password.

★☆☆☆☆ Kylie Kamprad · Jan 4, 2023

There is a flaw with the Google Play Kelvinator app. My partner & I both have Android phones: Pixel Pro 7 & Samsung S10+ After we connected to the aircon SSID & changed back to the home Wi-Fi, the aircon would drop off & the app would be stuck at the end, searching. We uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted the process & even tried with airplane mode on, but it ONLY worked with a work iPhone. The iOS app worked right away, so we shared the connection with our androids. Please fix this on android.

Doesn't connect to the new 5kw air conditioner, not even to a new Pixel 7 Pro. I bought this air conditioner on the understanding it was app enabled, but after paying another $1000+ to install it I discover that the app doesn't work, when it's too late to return it. I researched product reviews (were favorable), but didn't think to look at app reviews too. Very disappointed in Kelvinator and certainly will never buy this brand again. Deceitful marketing.
