The user interface is less intuitive than it should be - also, it does not show whether the thermostats are currently heating or not, which I don't understand, and there is a limited number of scenarios, which makes no sense for software :-) overall the app works fine to do what it should do, but could be faster to connect

Home controller II is not working after the last update of firmware. I have tried resetting, restarting, nothing. Wi-Fi is green but power led blinking and the controller unreachable from the app...any solution? I am changing my review to 4*. Somehow the problem was resolved after 1 day...thanks to the development team for resolving.

Either it's the hardware (controller / radiator thermostat) or software, I don't care, but I had problems connecting them to the controller even though they were within the same room as at most 1 m away from each other! Tried it a good 30+ times with 3 thermostats and several resets! I had to literally place the thermostat onto the controller in order to be able to connect and add the device! And afterward it didn't have any issues to stay connected across rooms!

Delay in alarm trigger - there's at least a minute between event and alarm response. This is just unacceptable. Otherwise the app layout is intuitive and configuring sensors is straightforward. Also bosch could have added a battery status for all battery-powered sensors - would have been massively helpful

Preventing the app to connect to the controller in case of a version mismatch and forcing to disconnect the controller from power to re-establish the connection for a device which is meant to be an alarm system when you are AWAY is tremendously the opposite of intelligent
