No matter the address you input for your home address(I even inputted their own location addresses) and no matter if you select delivery or pickup, it will give you an error of not being in range. That's outright stupendous. Fix your app please. It's such a bother to go in person to make a preorder and then going a second time to also pick it up, when I could in the year of God 2026, pay and preorder through app and just come pick it up.

The app does not give a proper status for the order or a good time estimation. 1 hour after I ordered it said the food is 'prepared' and then I got no other update. It took another hour and a half for me to receive the order and the status was still 'prepared' in the app.

Cannot perform payment. When I did it with cash there was no option to cancel. Support was not responding via app. They did via phone, so the company and the food is great but the app is trash
