The most user-friendly lighting app in the entire GAME! I am forever connected to my lights no matter where in the world I am! I can create a million different preset combinations within this app and setting up the timer is seamless and there preset options are AMAZING! Quick easy installation by our local company here in Nampa Idaho. Lights look great on our house. The app is very easy to use. Glad we purchased these.

Logging in is easy yet once it confirmed the correct Wi-Fi network it asks for the Wi-Fi name or the SSID (they are the same thing). The second time I enter it it tells me that the name is invalid and prompts me to try again. I have tried using the QR code to scan in the app, and it tells me the code on the back of my router is invalid. Tried for quite some time to get support to answer phone calls or help and give me a solution and so far haven't really gotten anywhere.

Dear bosso: we love your lights, but let me give you advice as someone who develops software: do not make your customers watch unskippable videos to promote your products. It will not lead me to adopt your features, it will make me actively hate your product. If you're a consumer: Bosso lights are awesome. If you dislike having to use an app that may be unreliable you may want to steer away from using them.
