Loved them when we first got them, but then they changed the app to a cloud version. Have not been able to use the lights for over a year. They keep sending me instructions to reset the Bluetooth, to date hasn't worked. The original designer app was so easy to use. Cloud not so much.

Schedule doesn't know when sunset is. and doesn't turn off lights when scheduled. To make:matters worse, I scheduled a colorful display one night and now, when I schedule an accent display, 3/4 of my lights are still running the colorful display.

The lights are 5 stars, but the app will not show on my home. I have to go to the app store in order to log in. I have a Droid, and I would expect the app to work like a normal app on my phone.

The mobile app lacks explanation of how to use the software. Users must understand the difference between creating a pattern of lights, creating a schedule with on and off events, starting and stopping a schedule, and turning on and off the lights. The software assumes that customers already understand all these distinctions, which they do not.
