The Survey application is nice but some rewards' payment option such as PayPal £5 hasn't been working on this app.

I used to get surveys at least once a week, and I saved up and got my rewards. Now I'm getting nothing for weeks at a time.

Used to be great. Had the login problem like others, got round that. Hardly get bundles anymore and when I do lower points than before. Gone down hill big time

Used this app for a couple of years, and it was good, but since December 23, I have been unable to log in as it uses a phone number, and no code is then sent. Multiple emails were sent to the support email team with the last 2 emails getting no response. Good app when working, but poor customer service.
