It has all the features that most book reading apps have, but I hate how hard it is to highlight text. This is picky, but I wish the text box change with the theme the reader wants chose instead of staying white.

UI is bulky but gets me what I need. I don't mind the audio player. Recently the app and online versions haven't let me check out anything despite showing I have all my checkouts remaining.

Pros: Often has items available when Libby or Hoopla do not, or has a much shorter hold line. Cons: Pretty much everything else. Can't have multiple library cards on the same account, can't view how far into an audiobook you are, glitches out and closes itself extremely often, resets to the beginning of the chapter after closing the app or even when looking at the chapter list and back, generally poorly designed. I only use it if the book I want isn't available anywhere else.

Says I have 0 of 0 check out capabilities. That I have to turn in checked out book to check out another even though I don't have any books checked out.
