★★☆☆☆ App crashes upon opening Just started doing business with Universe and already selling tickets to upcoming concert. Downloaded ticket manager for Android Samsung 6s Edge, and this app crashes on opening immediately. Please help!! My event is this Wednesday!!

★★☆☆☆ The Android version wouldn't scan certain tickets for an event with multiple ticket types. The iOS version of course worked flawlessly, but on dozens of Androids it didn't work.

★★☆☆☆ Terrible! There was a link for this app on the website for an event I had purchased tickets for, and I can't see my tickets anywhere. There's nothing on most of the pages in the app....
