Well with last update I could finally update the firmware, but I still can't download to my phone any file longer than 10 Seconds... please fix

Terrible device and terrible support. Had initial issues that prompted me to request a return and support did everything they could to push me away from doing so. Transcription will not work, and now there seems to be an encoding issue where my workaround to upload to my drive and use a chatbot to transcribe is no longer able to read the files. Product is Chinese and should be steered clear of.
