BP Sugar Log: Health Tracker

BP Sugar Log is the no-nonsense health tracker built for people who want to log blood pressure and blood sugar fast — and actually understand their data.
No subscriptions. No paywalls. No ads interrupting your readings. Just a clean, fast log that works.

🩸 BLOOD PRESSURE TRACKER
Log systolic, diastolic, and pulse with one tap. Every reading is automatically color-coded — green for normal, yellow for elevated, red for high. Know your status instantly, no medical knowledge required.
🍬 BLOOD SUGAR LOG
Record glucose levels in mg/dL or mmol/L. Tag each entry: Fasting, Pre-Meal, Post-Meal, Bedtime. See at a glance how your sugar behaves throughout the day.
📊 TRENDS AT A GLANCE
Your last 7 and 30 readings displayed as a clean visual summary. Spot patterns without needing to export or scroll through lists.
💊 MEDICATION & NOTE LOG
Add a quick note to any reading — medication taken, stress level, exercise. Context makes your data 10x more useful when you visit your doctor.
🔥 DAILY STREAK — BUILD THE HABIT
Log at least one reading per day and keep your streak alive. Consistency is what changes health outcomes. BP Sugar Log helps you build it.
📅 HISTORY LOG
Every reading saved with date and time. Review, edit, or delete any entry. Your data stays on your device — private, offline, always available.

Perfect for:
People managing hypertension or diabetes, seniors who want a simple daily log, anyone whose doctor said "track your readings," caregivers logging readings for a family member.

What makes BP Sugar Log different:
Most BP apps in 2026 are ad traps — they interrupt your reading session with full-screen ads and push you toward expensive subscriptions. BP Sugar Log is different: clean UI designed for large text and big touch targets, a streak system that actually builds daily logging habits, and dual tracking (BP + glucose) in one screen without clutter.

Log today. Stay consistent. Share the data your doctor actually needs.
