To be honest such a weak banking app, if you're directing the users to download and use the app, develop your UI and user experience, we are dealing with an app from the 90th not 2025, I never saw a bank with this weak app

This app is not smooth at all, always lagging, and we can't even use a chace móvel digital. There is always a problem to login or when the transfers don't work. If you have to choose a bank this is probably the worst choice.

Worse bank ever it can't even do the basic as you just get kicked out of you account and when they call you they act like nonchalant and just like it ain't their issue this is the 5th time I can't enter my bank account not the ATM I got a new passport can't even change than now in my account. Plus if you pay something it takes the bank literally a day to take it off even worse if you leave the country as I noticed it took a week for some payments to go off. So if tou read this don't go here.
