Good app but the Customer Effort Score is killing. The authentication process is way too long (password, OTP + key). Security measures should not make the process so boring.

Updating your personal information on the newest version of the application is simply terrible, when you get to the second part fill everything out and press next. The button does not work, I even downloaded this on my tablet and on my computer to the same result. Simply a horrible Experience, I recommend Millennium Bim. All they need is a picture of your documents to update your information, so simple. Now I have to go to a BCI bank to update my information, very inconvenient.

Bought a new phone. Same phone number. Installed the app, and it won't open my account but opens other people's account on my phone but not mine and bank can't even get it to work.

Muito instavel sempre a cair. Mellor no web. The most secure banking app I have ever used... Which makes it a bit complicated... But makes life in mz much easier with buying phone credit, electricity etc. all easy. Frequent crashes
